- Implementation of policies and administrative procedures from zero.
- Implementation of accounting system with analysis by cost and by department using Contaplus and Excel to align with owner's accounts system (non hotel industry).

- Control of OS&E purchasing for opening and subsequent creation of detailed fixed asset register for reference, breakage & loss control and inventories.

- Installation of HR system including adaptation to provide constant day by day reporting on payroll cost percentages accross all areas.
- Implementation of new front office system across 5 hotels to improve booking performance and reporting.
- Full design and implementation of IT systems to ensure minimum staffing in finance with maximum control over revenues and costs. Full HR & Payroll System, FO System, POS System, Purchasing System, Accounting Software and full integration between all parts.
- Creation of daily revenue reporting combined with 365 day Forecasting tool to allow analysis of past performance and motivation for future sales
- Recruitment and training of small finance team to service whole business
- On several occasions we have taken over the Financial Control of hotels that have not had a permanent FC for several months and have had to bring systems and accounts up to date, reestablish procedures and processes, then train a new FC to carry on the work.
- On one occasion we then had to prepare controls and processes to allow GM to control revenue and costs without an FC. This involved setting up the processes and then recruting and training finance assistants to be able to carry them forward while reporting to a central accounting service.
